Certification Information
This year all referees will need to pre-register for the clinic. You can do so by going to www.iysa.org. There in the referee section you will need to find our clinic and pre-register yourself for the appropriate class.
You must bring your Social Security Number with you to the class
The two day class is mandatory for new referees returning referees 14 years of age or less, or anyone who scored below a 75% on their test last year. The USSF certification class will be held, August 9 and August 10 at SOUTHWESTERN ILLINIOS COLLEGE in rooms 1200 and 1220 starting at 9:00 AM and lasting until about 5:00 PM both days. There will be breaks during the day and for lunch. This format is directed by the State Referee Committee. As of June 1, 2008 the fee for this class will be $60.00 and payable on the last day. This is subject to change. Checks to be made out to Illinois State Referee Committee (ISRC).

Returning referees 15 years old or older and who scored above a 75% on last years certification test will require recertification training only. This class will be held on August 9 or August 10 at the same location as the entry level class and will start at 10:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM. Referees must attend one of the two days. Annual recertification is required and the cost for the class is $60.00. Also subject to change.
